Credentialing Services

Feeling overwhelmed? TheraPay offers professional credentialing services for behavioral health care providers. During this process we will update/make a CAQH profile for you and start the credentialing process with insurance panels selected. Once a provider is credentialed with an insurance panel  they can bill that panel directly. 

The credentialing process is typically broken down into two phases: provider enrollment/credentialing phase and a contracting phase. During the enrollment/credentialing phase, the insurance panel with access your CAQH profile to assess the providers qualifications. Upon this phase being complete, the insurance panel will reach out to potentially offer the provider a contract to become an “in-network” provider.
